When in Coral Bay – the Ningaloo Bayview Caravan Park offers a family and pet friendly experience.
Coral Bay is just WOW!
Sheltered by dunes and the Ningaloo Reef the bay is a great spot to swim and snorkel for the whole family.
You can literally walk off the beach and snorkel the reef.
Enough amenities to get you by but with a relaxed holiday vibe as there is really only one street you use in town.
The couple of side streets are for locals or workers accommodation and then there is a road out to the marina.

There are two caravan parks in town with powered and un-powered sites. They also offer on-site accommodation if you don’t want to tent or caravan it. If you don’t want the adventure (and time) of driving north from Perth, you can fly into Learmonth, hire a car, and drive the 120Km south to Coral Bay. There is also a shuttle bus service from the airport to town.
The Ningaloo Bayview Park is a bit of a misnomer as it’s the caravan park furthest away from the bay and only a few of the bays even have a chance of a view to the water.
But, it’s the one that allows dogs so we love it!
The Ningaloo Bayview Experience.
The bays are tight and it gets busy at peak times but it’s worth putting up with these inconveniences for the benefits of staying in Coral Bay.
They use artesian water to try and keep the grass alive. It needs to cool as it comes out of the sprinkler heads and really struggles to keep the grass alive in the lifeless sandy soil.
Amenities are tired but they are kept clean – it’s all bore water though.
